Alfredo Travieso Passios joined Cordero & Associates in August 2007. With significant experience in international affairs, Mr. Travieso Passios practices in the areas of taxation, civil, business, corporate, banking and foreign investments law.

A resident of Caracas, Venezuela, Mr. Travieso Passios is also Senior Partner with Caracas, Venezuela-based Tinoco, Travieso, Planchart & Nuñez. He is a member of the Venezuelan Tax Law Association, the Venezuelan Association of Finance Law and the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law. He serves as a director of the Venezuelan American Chamber of Industry and Commerce (VenAmCham) and is a past president of the Chamber’s Tax Law committee.

Mr. Travieso Passios earned his law degree from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He is a member of the Bar Association of the Capital District (Venezuela). He is fluent in Spanish and English.
