Coming from north of downtown Miami:

• Take I-95 South to downtown Miami.
• Take the Miami Avenue exit (Exit 2C) to Downtown/Biscayne Boulevard/Brickell Avenue and go 0.7 miles.
• Bear right at SE 3rd Street and go 0.2 miles.
• Enter the Wachovia Financial Center parking garage at the SE 3rd Street entrance.

 Coming from south of downtown Miami: 

• Take I-95 North to downtown Miami.
• Take the US-1 exit (Exit 2A) to Biscayne Boulevard/Downtown and go 0.4 miles.
• Take the SE 2nd Avenue ramp to Biscayne Boulevard and go 0.2 miles.
• Bear right at SE 3rd Street and go 0.2 miles.
• Enter the Wachovia Financial Center parking garage at the SE 3rd Street entrance.
